The festival opens its doors 1 hour before the event begins.

- Doors Open Friday at 13:00 | Program from 14:00 - 02:00

- Doors Open Saturday at 14.00 | Program from 15:00 - 03:00

PAYMENTs

At OFFWEEK, you can pay with your own credit card or with the festival card; cash is not accepted at any festival-owned point of sale. If you have cash, you can go to any of our Cashless points, obtain a festival card, and load it with the amount of money you desire. It's important to note that there will be no refund for any unused funds on the festival card you have recharged.

EATING AND DRINKING:

Is there a food area at the festival?

Yes, the festival has a spacious area set up for eating during the festival days.

Is outside food allowed?

No outside food is allowed except for individuals with specific medical conditions requiring special food. In such cases, official documentation of the condition must be presented.

Can I bring outside drinks?

No, only empty bottles up to 50cl without caps are allowed for security reasons.

Can I bring my camera/video recorder?

Yes, as long as it's not a professional camera or recorder. Selfie sticks are not allowed.

Lost items:

what can i do if i lose an item?

Due to the Personal Data Protection Law, all lost items will be handed over directly to the corresponding authorities. To retrieve lost items, please go to the Guàrdia Urbana Police Station of the Sant Martí District (Address: Central Park Poblenou, C/ d'Espronceda, 148, Sant Martí, 08018 Barcelona | Phone: +34932915092) within 72 hours after Sunday, June 16th, for items lost at OFFWEEK.

- It's hot. Take breaks, drink water, eat, and wear sunscreen.

- If you experience any form of sexist aggression or observe it happening to someone else, please report it to our staff or the Purple Point.

- If you drink, don't drive. You'll find various public transportation options near the festival.

SUSTAINABILITY & COMMITMENT:

‍

We've eliminated single-use plastic cups, and in the Food Area, we use biodegradable tableware.

We donate surplus food from the festival to distribute it, through volunteering, to various associations and/or nearby residents.

A certain percentage of the team working with us during the festival days are hired to contribute to social reintegration.
‍

Every year, we implement new acoustic measures to minimize noise impact on the neighborhood. During the festival, we conduct sound measurements and maintain direct telephone communication with the Neighborhood Associations.
